- Go to the \SPNP directory and run the CONFIG utility (from DOS). Or at least
- try, since it tells you it may hang if it gets confused, and then usually
- does. And pray that it doesn't screw up your Windows settings.

- Your best option (if it's not too late) is to send the damned thing back and
- get a real modem. Even if you have their initialization strings, half don't
- work because they have one online document for all their modems.
